As stated above. The Cognitive increased dosage worked well for dealing with depression.
Pushed the envelope a bit and took a larger dose, have to say improved my state of mind from a bit dark and depressed to uplifted, clear, and focused. Been taking one every 3 days since I received them and have maintained a constant positive mind set.

For being the second strongest mushroom I was expecting a lot more. The same dose in hazelnut chocolate bar form is like wow, but these are like as if i didn’t take anything, i even tried taking way too much and nothing, not impressed
