This product was my first experience with mushrooms, supplements and I think I will keep coming for it. I started taking it at a point in my life where I was very stable and constant with prescription medication and cannabis. So I took this product for many months without having much more in my life that could affect the outcome in regards to the therapeutic effects.
I’m convinced it helps a lot with symptoms of depression and eases some anxiety symptoms. With this product, I was able to lower my antidepressant medication by at least half of what I was originally taking.
