I took all at once and it had very minimal affect. I just got a tummy ache. I did have a big meal before. Very disappointed.

For being the second strongest mushroom I was expecting a lot more. The same dose in hazelnut chocolate bar form is like wow, but these are like as if i didn’t take anything, i even tried taking way too much and nothing, not impressed
