Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders placed through our website.
MagicMushroomsDispensary.ca (MMD) will always do it’s best to ensure that your products arrive in a safe and timely manner. All packages will come in a discreet, non-descript package.
Packages will be wrapped in a plastic tear proof bag and will be safely packed with environmentally friendly packing peanuts or paper stuffing to ensure your products arrive safe and sound.
If you for some reason receive a product that is damaged, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. MMD reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, we will do our best to make the situation right. This includes investigating with the shipping courier, and replacing, crediting, or refunding the order.
In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock or is missing from your order before shipment, we will take steps to contact you to make a change to your order. We will attempt to contact the customer for up to 3 days. On the third day we will make a selection for a replacement product that closest matches the product you chose. If we fail to make contact with you a refund/credit will not be provided for any replacement items we may choose.
MMD will always ship to the address used during checkout. If this address is incorrect this may result in delays in shipping as well as additional shipping fees. MMD reserves the right to charge a customer an additional shipping charge to re-ship any packages for any reason, including incorrect postal address being used at checkout.
Quality control
At MMD, we go through several steps to make sure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. First, we wear safety gear such as sterile gloves while handling all products. Next, sanitizing shrooms is another important part of our process. While we love our psilocybin trips as well, the fungi that can grow on magic mushrooms is something you actually don’t want! Lastly, you will know that the products you have received from us are sterile because of our air-sealed and tamper-proof packaging. Be sure to reach out to us if your package appears to have been tampered with upon delivery!

We understand your need for privacy so we deliver all our packages in nondescript, discreet packaging. You don’t have to worry about nosy landlords, roommates or family members asking you about what goodies you just received!
Various Payment Forms Accepted
For your convenience, we accept e-transfer or bitcoin payments. Once your payment has been approved and received (this usually takes up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends) we will send out your package with your magic mushrooms right away. These payment forms also further ensure your privacy versus other forms of online payment such as interac transfer or credit card payment.
Fast Delivery
We know you want your magic mushrooms fast! This is why we ship all of our packages via Xpress shipping services with Canada Post to reach you within 3-7 business days (shipping times are estimates not guarantees).
If you place your order before 1pm PST Monday-Friday, we will ship your package out the same day!
We also offer low shipping rates and the lowest free shipping threshold at $99! And remember, it’s safer to receive your magic mushrooms online than to go and meet your ‘shrooms guy’. So sit back, relax, and before you know it, your high-quality MMD products will arrive on your doorstep.
International Shipping (if applicable)
We only ship coast to coast within Canada and ship to the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Manitoba (MB), Saskatchewan (SK), Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC), Prince Edward Island (PE), New Brunswick (NB), Nova Scotia (NS), and Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).
We do not ship to the United States of America or Internationally.
