So far, so good. Has definitely helped with depression and PTSD.
At first I didn’t like them since I really didn’t give them enough time. After around 2 weeks I’m starting to see some benefits. I may even have been feeling them earlier. I just didn’t know what I should be looking for.if you’re looking to get high then this is not the right product unless you take a very significant amount. I feel happier and more social. It’s a good start.

If you struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and just your overall mental health then run and buy these. I was able to completely get off my anxiety medications because they made me relapse. Since I started using Be Yourself and I cannot even say good things about these. I am able to work, drive and simply just function. When my anxiety was at its worse I would not even get inside my car, it was horrible absolutely horrible. I would run out of a store in a panic for no good reason. I was a mess. These have literally saved me and I told my doctor. No more meds for me just these. Dosage is different for everyone. Originally I started with 1 capsule every 3 days (2 days off in between dosage) and then I upped my dosage to 2 capsules and I feel this is perfect for me. I cannot say enough great things about this product.

ive been on anti depressant for the past 3 years with some bad experiences, i stopped taking them and switched to those microdose and i feel like its cured my anxiety and depression, ive been more social, way more creative and overall just more happy. so far so good, highly recomended (ive ben using them for the past 3 months with 1 dose every 4-5 days)
Very helpful , like you were carrying a huge backpack and then you set it down to walk , that’s the feeling, hope that makes sense to someone! This does not make you high at all btw , perfect dose for depression/ anxiety for me .
