not sure just started
I was hoping for more perhaps. There was no side effects really except I had some really great sleeps while on them.
Great for making the ‘day-to-day’ just that bit brighter.

Less effective I think than Neuro Botanicals – Energy Microdose Capsules (Pack of 10). I did feel more energy less groggy after waking up. No side effects I was able to work etc. I think I need a macro dose next time.
Provides an energy boost
So far so good, but only had one tab. Wasn’t expecting much with only a 100mg dose but did get a small buzz. Helps if taken on a empty gut along with lemon or orange juice.
Maybe i built a tolerance but it wears off after a while, could be that it’s 50% cordyceps. Might start dosing a higher amount
