I do notice a bit of a difference when I take the booster, however I think I need to take 2 for me to really notice them working
Honestly no change yet, but know it takes consistency
First time I felt something not sure how to describe it but I did feel more energy less groggy after waking up. No side effects I was able to work etc. I think I need a macro dose next time.
